“How will we respond?”
While the problem of sexual harassment at work is not a new one, surprisingly, not much research has focused on what ‘others’ can do about this - that is, people who witness or hear about incidents of sexual harassment have great power and potential to influence outcomes.
Funded by the University of California San Diego’s Center on Gender Equity and Health, as part of its EMERGE Program, a small team of us have embarked upon a journey to answer this very question - “HOW WILL WE RESPOND?”
